Chairman of the Government of Russia Vladimir Putin invited everybody to take part in the St.Petersburg International Innovation Forum this autumn. The invitation was announced on 27th May at the 1st EU-Russia Innovation Forum which took place in the city of Lappeenranta, Finland, in May 2010.
