Robots evolution to be discussed at the Innovation Forum

Robots Evolution: from the Space into Everyday Life Conference will be held at the IV St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum on September 29.

Participants of the event, organized by Ingria Research Park, will discuss the trends of domestic robotics development in Russia. The most developed countries have already seen the transition from industrial and military robotics to domestic robots marked by an active use of robot vacuum cleaners, robot lawn mowers or robot promoters. But there is not robot boom in Russia today. Among the key conference topics are discussion of prospective lines of robotics development, their commercial use in Russia, the tendencies of transition from industrial to domestic robotics.

The conference will be attended by company executives, engaged in domestic robotics engineering, and robotics researchers.

The conference is expected to help define the basis for the development of domestic robotics in Russia.
