PROVISIONS FOR SPONSORS
1. Common provisions
1.1. Sponsors of the 3rd St. Petersburg International innovational Forum may be represented by legal entities and individuals registered on the territory of the Russian Federation or abroad. Sponsorship is a gratuitous donation of money (in roubles or foreign currency), as well as of goods and services to the Organising Committee of the Forum.
1.2. Organising Committee of the Forum distributes the money, goods and services in accordance with the purposes of organisation and conduction of the III St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum, including exhibitions within its framework.
2. Sponsorship Categories
According to present Provisions, sponsorship categories within 3rd St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum are defined as follows:
- General sponsor
- Official sponsor
- Sponsor of separate events
- Technical sponsor
• GENERAL SPONSOR - a legal entity or an individual who makes a gratuitous donation in the amount of ca.12 million roubles.
• OFFICIAL SPONSOR - a legal entity or an individual who makes a gratuitous donation in the amount of ca. 4 million roubles.
• SPONSOR OF SEPARATE EVENTS - (events of the Business Programme, coffee-breaks, participants' registration, Presentation area, etc.) - a legal entity or an individual who makes a gratuitous donation in the amount of ca. 2 million roubles, or goods and services equivalent to that amount.
• TECHNICAL SPONSOR - a legal entity or an individual who provides services, such as cellular service, Internet, transport or interpretation, etc.) free of charge.
2.1 A Contract should be signed between the Forum organisers and the sponsor.
3. Other statements:
3.1 OrganisingCommittee of the 3rd St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum shall present its sponsors publicly from the moment of the signing of the contract until both parties fulfill their obligations as per the Contract.
3.2 Opportunities for sponsors:
a) GENERAL SPONSOR is granted an opportunity to conduct business negotiations with VIP-guests of the Forum.
GENERAL SPONSOR may also place its logo as follows:
- in the information materials of the Forum (information leaflets, press-releases, Official Programme of the Forum);
- in the official materials of the Forum;
- on the presentational materials of the Forum (notebooks, participant's briefcases, invitations to the Forum, official catalogue);
- on the stands of LENEXPO;
- on banners in the halls for plenary meetings, in halls for "roundtable", conferences, seminars (upon agreement with event organisers) during the Forum;
- on the Forum official web-site.
GENERAL SPONSOR shall be provided with a 20 m² area in one of the exhibitions within the Forum.
GENERAL SPONSOR shall be provided with an opportunity to present information about itself:
- in the portfolio of the Forum participant;
- on the information stand in the Press-centre;
- billboard placement in the Forum area.
GENERAL SPONSOR is granted an opportunity to send 5 representatives to all official events of the Congress, Business and Cultural programmes of the Forum (including the Governor's Reception).
GENERAL SPONSOR shall be awarded with the Forum certificate and a souvenir.
b) OFFICIAL SPONSOR is granted an opportunity to conduct business negotiations with VIP-guests of the Forum.
OFFICIAL SPONSOR may also place its logo as follows:
- in the information materials of the Forum (information leaflets, press-releases, Official Programme of the Forum);
- in the official materials of the Forum;
- on the presentational materials of the Forum (notebooks, participant's briefcases, invitations to the Forum, official catalogue);
- on the stands of LENEXPO;
- on banners in the halls for plenary meetings, in halls for "roundtable", conferences, seminars (upon agreement with event-organisers) during the Forum;
- on the Forum official web-site.
OFFICIAL SPONSOR shall be provided with a 9 m² area in one of the exhibitions within the Forum.
OFFICIAL SPONSOR shall be provided with an opportunity to present information about itself:
- in the portfolio of the Forum participant;
- on the information stand in the Press-centre;
- billboard placement in the Forum area.
OFFICIAL SPONSOR is granted an opportunity to send 3 representatives to all official events of the Congress, Business and Cultural programmes of the Forum (including the Governor's Reception).
OFFICIAL SPONSOR shall be awarded with the Forum certificate and a souvenir.
c) TECHNICAL SPONSOR and SPONSOR OF SEPARATE EVENTS may also place its logo as follows:
in the information materials of the Forum (information leaflets, press-releases, Official Programme of the Forum);
- in the official materials of the Forum;
- on the presentational materials of the Forum (notebooks);
- on the stands of LENEXPO;
- in halls for "roundtable", conferences, seminars (upon agreement with event-organisers) during the Forum
- on the Forum official web-site;
TECHNICAL SPONSOR and SPONSOR OF SEPARATE EVENTS (Business Programme, coffee-breaks, participants' registration, Presentation Area, etc.) shall be provided with an opportunity to place their informational banners and materials in halls where the events are held.
TECHNICAL SPONSOR and SPONSOR OF SEPARATE EVENTS is granted an opportunity to send 2 representatives to all official events of the Congress, Business and Cultural programmes.
TECHNICAL SPONSOR and SPONSOR OF SEPARATE EVENTS shall be awarded with the Forum certificate and souvenir.
